Sue Monk Kidd

Sue’s novel, The Invention of Wings has won the 2014 Florida Book Award Gold Medal in General Fiction. Coordinated by the Florida State University Libraries, the Florida Book Awards is the nation’s most comprehensive state book awards program. It was established in 2006 to celebrate the best Florida literature. The award will be presented in April at the Florida Book Awards banquet in Tallahassee.
