I'm happy to send you this first look at the poster artwork for The Secret Life of Bees movie. I hope you'll agree that it offers a wonderful glimpse of what's ahead when the movie comes out. My first impression when I saw the poster was how the actors seem to embody the characters, capturing the essence of August, Lily, Rosaleen, May and June.
I'm also pleased to let you know that the movie will be a Gala Screening at the
Toronto International Film Festival on September 5th. The director and the cast will be there, along with yours truly, where I get to see the story come to life on the big screen. As always, I'm grateful to you for supporting The Secret Life of Bees and can't wait for you to see it in theaters when it comes out October 17th.
